What exactly is health coaching?

Health coaching helps you make realistic, sustainable changes to improve your wellbeing — whether it’s reducing stress, improving sleep, eating better, or increasing energy. It’s not about giving medical advice or strict rules, but guiding you to find what works best for you.

Who is this coaching for?

Anyone who wants to improve their physical, mental, or emotional wellbeing. You don’t need to have a health problem — just a willingness to learn, experiment, and grow.

What happens during the sessions?

You’ll have one online session (approximately 45 minutes long) per week for four weeks. Together, we’ll explore your goals, uncover what’s holding you back, and create simple action steps you can stick with.

Is this really free?

Yes. I’m currently completing my health coaching training and offering this program free in exchange for a short, honest, video testimonial.

What if I change my mind after signing up?

No problem! There’s absolutely no pressure. If you decide not to continue, I’ll simply offer your spot to the next person on the list.

Will you give me a meal plan or workout program?

No, but I can help you create your own approach that fits your preferences, lifestyle, and values. Coaching is about empowering you to make lasting changes, not prescribing one-size-fits-all solutions.

How is health coaching different from therapy or personal training?

Therapists help you work through past issues. Trainers focus on workouts. Health coaching helps you take practical steps toward a healthier lifestyle — balancing body, mind, and habits using evidence-based behavior change methods.
